CCE Customer Care Executive – Arham Share Pvt. Ltd.
Arham Share Pvt. Ltd., established in 2010, is a trusted financial services firm focused on integrity, client-first values, and conservative risk management. We offer services in equity, commodities, currencies, mutual funds, IPOs, insurance, and depository services.
Role: Handle customer inquiries via phone/email, resolve complaints, assist with orders, and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain accurate records and report customer feedback.
Requirements: Experience in customer service, fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in financial services/customer support is an advantage.
