Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
Ensure proper cabling, wiring, and safe installation practices.
Maintain service logs, installation reports, and update equipment records.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Knowledge
-
Strong knowledge of CCTV cameras (IP & analog), DVR, NVR, and related equipment.

Familiarity with LAN, WAN, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of switches, routers, and POE (Power Over Ethernet).

Hands-on experience with power supply management and wiring layouts.
2. Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues quickly.

Logical and analytical approach to resolving technical problems.
3. Communication & Client Handling

Good verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local language.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

4. Personal Attributes

Willingness to travel extensively to different client sites.
