Qualifications : MA in Linguistics/Applied Linguistics, Computational Linguistics or MSc in Language Technology or any other discipline relevant to the curriculum as determined by the Selection Committee can apply subject to fulfilling other eligibility conditions. General: Good Academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant discipline from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited University. Besides fulfilling the qualifications stated above, the candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, or similar Test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. Eligibility conditions are laid in accordance with the UGC Regulations in force. Preferably with Ph D Degree.
Pay : Selected candidates will be paid honorarium Rs. 1,000/- per lecture with a ceiling of Rs. 25,000/- per month.

Central University of Kerala (CUK) has state-wide jurisdiction. The University has started functioning in a three-storeyed building at Nayanmar Moola, 5 km away from Kasaragod town. Offices of the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Finance Officer, Controller of Examinations, Classrooms, Faculty Cabins, Library, Computer Centre, Council Meeting Hall, Faculty Apartment, etc.
