Job Description
1. Calculate capital gains with the help of software
2. Update daily bank and broker balances based on receipts and payments
3. Keep track of profit and loss positions and the average cost for investments with the help of software
4. Work on reconciliation of holdings (quantities and values) on a monthly basis
5. Import trade data into the software on a regular basis
6. Work on reconciliation of actual holding statements withholdings as per software
7. Coordinate with Bank, Demat, and Broker to solve any discrepancy/issues
8. Oversee Tally entries being done by junior staff
9. Coordinate with Investor's CA for tax filing and advance tax
10. Engage in the family office management and the work of the execution team
