  • Finalization of accounts, Balance sheets, Income & Expenses
  • Preparing & maintaining the cash flow statement for controlling payments
  • Statutory requirement: GST, Income tax assessment & Finalization
  • Preparing and computation of income tax details
  • Filing & Booking of TDS, the filing of the annual return
  • Reconciliation of TDS and GST and ensuring timely deposits/ Payments
  • Monthly closure of accounts and circulation of MIS
  • Implementation of Tally function and its related controls
  • Auditing financial information
  • Knowledge about Company Law
  • International Accounting Standards
  • Professional skills such as communication, problem solving and management
