Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in Finance and Accounts to manage and oversee the organization's financial operations. The role involves handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Financial Reporting, MIS, Audit, and Direct & Indirect Taxation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IND AS, RERA regulations, tax laws, and internal control frameworks while preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The position requires analyzing financial data, providing strategic insights to management, coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities, and driving accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Experience in team management, process improvement, and maintaining accounting policies and procedures will be essential for success in this role.
