We are hiring for International Chat (telecom Process)
Below are the requirements:
1. Any Undergraduates - Should have minimum 6 months technical support chat experience / 12 months of customer support chat experience
2. Candidate must have excellent communication .
3. Should have basic technical understanding and we prefer applicants with telecom domain experience or knowledge , maintaining cordial customer relationship.
4. Should be able to handle concerns & queries efficiently & provide customer satisfaction through chats .
5. Excellent opportunity to earn incentives .
6. Designation : Customer service representative/ Sr. customer service representative.
- Working days : 5 days, 2 week-offs.
