Create new and exciting desserts, bakery items to renew hotels menus and engage the interest of customers.
Decorate pastries, cakes and desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
Ensure excellent quality throughout the bakery products, confectionery items & dessert offerings.
Should have knowledge of costing, budgeting, staff handling etc...
Train the Bakery staff to meet imposed standards;
Talk to suppliers and choose the ingredients needed for desserts and other baked goods;
