Key Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation & Cooking

Prepare authentic South Indian and Chinese dishes while maintaining high quality and taste.

Ensure consistency in food presentation and flavors.

Develop and experiment with new recipes and menu items.
2. Kitchen Management & Hygiene
-
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

Ensure all dishes are prepared according to hygiene and sanitation guidelines.

Monitor stock levels, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.
3. Team Coordination & Supervision
-
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation.

Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
-
Maintain a cooperative and disciplined kitchen environment.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
-
Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure cost-effective usage.

Minimize food wastage and optimize ingredient usage.
-
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control

Ensure dishes are prepared to meet customer expectations and feedback.

Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation.

Handle special requests and dietary modifications when needed.
