About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for food, a deep understanding of ingredients, and the ability to maintain consistency and taste at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare dishes as per recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
· Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and hygiene.
· Support new recipe development and suggest improvements.
· Follow FSSAI standards and maintain a clean workstation.
· Coordinate with the team for ingredients, stock, and waste control.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant.
- Specialization in Indian, Continental, or Health Cuisine preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is a major plus
