• Recipe Development: Create and innovate vegetarian and egg-based recipes using provided information and guidelines.
• Menu Planning: Design seasonal menus featuring a variety of world vegetarian cuisines, ensuring a balance of flavors, textures, and presentation.
• Culinary Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Platter Presentation: Assemble and present dishes in an attractive, platter-style format, suitable for both individual and group servings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and maintain consistent food quality.
• Ingredient Sourcing: Research and source high-quality, seasonal ingredients to enhance menu offerings.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.

• Culinary Education: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on vegetarian and egg-based cuisine.
• Creativity: Strong ability to develop unique recipes and menu items that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences.
• Culinary Skills: Proficient in various cooking techniques, baking, and food presentation.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.

• Familiarity with global vegetarian cuisines and plating techniques.
• Experience in menu design and cost control.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition related to vegetarian diets.
