5. Essential Qualification: M.F.Sc / M.Sc.(Marine biology/Fishery Science/Zoology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Life Science)/ M.Sc./M.Tech(Bioinformatics). Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates.

6. Desirable: Research experience in aquaculture, microbiology, molecular biology, as evident through dissertation / project work / research publication.

7. Emoluments YP-II: Rs.35000/ (Consolidated) per month.

Age Limit:

40 years for Men & 45 years for Women as on date of Interview (Upper Age limits are relaxable for SC,ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms (at present 5 years SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)
