Job Description
Circle Deployment Support roles focus on the timely execution of network projects, including fiber rollout and transmission implementation, within a specific geographic area (the "circle"). These roles involve managing vendors, materials, and programs to meet both internal and external customer needs for bandwidth provisioning and network robustness. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality fiber deployment, managing inventory, and coordinating with various teams like planning, SCM, and network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fiber Rollout Execution:
- Overseeing the implementation of fiber optic networks (Intercity, Intracity, FTTH) to support various customer-serving networks like mobility, FTTH, and B2B.
- Vendor and Material Management:
- Managing vendors, ensuring timely material delivery, and optimizing inventory levels.
- Program Management:
- Coordinating with different teams (planning, SCM, NOC, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Digitization of Fiber Force App and GIS:
- Managing the online data and monitoring of fiber deployment through digital platforms.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensuring 100% acceptance testing (AT) for executed fiber.
- Coordination with Stakeholders:
- Collaborating with various teams (planning, SCM, NOC, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Meeting Business Requirements:
- Supporting the delivery of bandwidth and network infrastructure to meet the needs of various business units (mobility, FTTH, etc.).
- Inventory Management:
- Minimizing material consumption and ensuring proper capitalization of assets.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of fiber optic networks, transmission technologies, and network deployment processes.
- Project Management:
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines.
- Vendor Management:
- Experience in managing vendors and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to network deployment and performance.
- Degree:
- A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field is typically required.
- Experience:
- Experience in handling large-scale fiber deployment projects, ideally in the telecom industry.
