About the internship
We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused candidate to join as City Manager- Sales Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work to coordinate with prospective buyers and sellers to facilitate site visits
2. Be the Relationship Manager to the Buyers and close the deals
3. Collaborate with other team members to support business objectives and drive growth including new initiatives like pamphlets activities, new project additions, vendor onboarding, etc.
Who can apply:
1. MBA preferred (not mandatory)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
4. Familiarity with online marketplaces and classified platforms
5. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
6. Fluency in the local language is a must

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
