City Operations lead

Location: Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibility :

Supply and vendor onboarding responsible for ensuring tie-ups with Suppliers (Car Workshops) for GoMechanic
Hire and train the team on GoMechanic process to hire the ground team for launching and managing the City wide Ops
PnL management for the City to lead and manage vendor level negotiations and decisions
Team Management in-charge of a large team of grounds ops executives, to ensure daily operations post launch
Business- will head and own the top-line for all business verticals B2C, B2B and Insurance
Operations Head with the ground team, will be leading all city wide operations, customer conversions, customer experience and quality management
Work with regional and central teams as the City SPOC

Requirements :

3 to 6 years of similar experience in a related operations heavy industry (automotive experience preferred)
Start-up experience preferred
Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement strategic plans for the business
Ability to build a team, foster a cohesive and creative working environment
Attention to details with swift execution and multitasking
Hustler, who can own things and setup the city for long term business
