Location: Ahmedabad
Roles and Responsibility :
- Supply and vendor onboarding responsible for ensuring tie-ups with Suppliers (Car Workshops) for GoMechanic
- Hire and train the team on GoMechanic process to hire the ground team for launching and managing the City wide Ops
- PnL management for the City to lead and manage vendor level negotiations and decisions
- Team Management in-charge of a large team of grounds ops executives, to ensure daily operations post launch
- Business- will head and own the top-line for all business verticals B2C, B2B and Insurance
- Operations Head with the ground team, will be leading all city wide operations, customer conversions, customer experience and quality management
- Work with regional and central teams as the City SPOC
Requirements :
- 3 to 6 years of similar experience in a related operations heavy industry (automotive experience preferred)
- Start-up experience preferred
- Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement strategic plans for the business
- Ability to build a team, foster a cohesive and creative working environment
- Attention to details with swift execution and multitasking
- Hustler, who can own things and setup the city for long term business
