About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee construction with team members
2. Design and draw plans for individual projects
3. Create a bill of materials list and purchase/order materials
4. Maintain a construction budget with integrity
5. Build and maintain an electronic job file
6. Train and empower non-construction staff to lead projects
7. Allocate budget to projects according to need
8. Utilize and place skilled volunteers among crews and projects
