Masterbuilt Infrastructures is seeking a skilled and passionate Site Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team in Palakkad. Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
- Proficient in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities across assigned sites
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and submit regular MIS updates
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality, and safety standards
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and manage site inventory effectively
- Plan weekly targets, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Oversee measurements, snag lists, and client walk-throughs for handovers
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, layout, and site execution
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and mobile-based reporting systems
- Ability to independently manage multiple sites and labor teams
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and ready to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
