Job Description

Site Supervision & Execution: Coordinate day-to-day operations and delegate tasks to construction crews to keep the project on schedule.
Technical Guidance: Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and layouts to guide contractors and prevent construction errors.
Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections and quality control tests (e.g., concrete slump tests, soil compaction) to meet industry standards.
Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring all personnel wear appropriate PPE and follow safe working protocols.
Resource Management: Manage and monitor the supply of materials, equipment, and labor, coordinating with vendors to avoid shortages.
Reporting & Documentation: Document daily progress, maintain site logs, and generate reports for project managers and stakeholders.
