Job Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with clients regarding site progress and work details

Explain construction processes and resolve client doubts professionally

Coordinate between site team, contractors, and management

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications

Monitor site activities to avoid errors, rework, and delays

Report daily site updates and issues to the management

Ensure quality, safety, and smooth workflow at the site.
Key Skills Required:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of construction/site work

Ability to handle clients patiently and professionally

Problem-solving mindset
-
Attention to detail to avoid site mistakes
Qualification:

BE / BTech (Civil preferred)
-
Experience in construction or interiors is an advantage
Location: Site-based (Chennai)
Salary: Based on experience
