Job Description / Responsibilities
· We are looking for a graduate with 0-2 years of work experience in any domain ( Claims knowledge would be preferred)
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to understand and apply plan concepts to include:
1. Insurance
2. Prescription
3. Drugs
4. Appeal
5. Pharmacy
· Ability to multi-task, this includes the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
· Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
· Analytical ability: Research skills combined with effective decision-making and superior interpersonal skills
· Ability to accept constructive criticism with being coached and growing as a professional
· Critical thinking abilities
· Result-oriented and goal-driven
· Need to have a basic knowledge of MS -Office and basic computer operating system
· Comfortable working in Night Shifts (5:45PM-3:15AM & 8:30PM-6:00AM) & rotational shifts based on the business requirement
