Job Description

NO Qualification required. Only Boy can apply. No minimum order. Maximum age . Freshers can also apply. It is 10 hours Full time job both straight shift or break shift.

Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning Duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in assigned areas.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, windows, blinds, and high-touch surfaces.
- Empty trash bins, clean them, and replace liners.
- Clean mirrors, windows, glass doors, and partitions.
Restroom Sanitation
- Disinfect and restock restrooms with supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, and mirrors.
- Mop and disinfect restroom floors and walls.
Room Preparation (for hotels, hostels, or guesthouses)
- Change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.
- Replenish toiletries, water, and other room amenities.
- Inspect rooms for damage, cleanliness, or missing items and report to supervisors.
Waste Disposal
- Collect and segregate waste according to safety guidelines (organic, plastic, medical, etc.).
- Transport waste to disposal areas safely and hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness around garbage storage areas.
Surface Disinfection and Deep Cleaning
- Disinfect high-touch points like doorknobs, switches, phones, remotes, and handrails.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas on a scheduled basis.
- Handle pest control assistance and odor management as required.
Laundry and Linen Management (if applicable)
- Wash, dry, fold, and store laundry, uniforms, and linens.
- Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements.
- Iron and distribute clean linen or uniforms as per shift needs.
Inventory and Supply Management
- Monitor the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Inform the supervisor when stocks are low or equipment needs repair.
- Use cleaning materials efficiently and avoid wastage.
Compliance with Safety Standards
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Wear appropriate uniforms and protective gear (gloves, masks, etc.).
- Report hazards, spills, or any maintenance needs promptly to the concerned department.
Customer Service (where applicable)
- Greet guests or residents courteously if required.
- Assist with minor requests (e.g., directions, reporting issues) professionally.
- Maintain discretion and privacy, especially in residential or guest environments.
