We Offer
- Entitlement management of new and existing client registration requests, prioritization of top tiered clients; off-boarding of leavers/transfers.
- Validation of user set up and quality assurance task was performed during the given SLA while communicating with various globally distributed team located throughout the bank.
- Will gain knowledge of different occurring regulatory requirements as well as up and coming regulatory standards; will assist in ad hoc/regulatory projects.
- Seek to ensure high standards of Ethics and Control are maintained during the enablement process, and reporting / investigating potential regulatory breaches.
- Set up of e-Trading clients for Rates & Credit and FX products on all external and internal platforms (i.e. Bloomberg, FXALL, Trade-Web, Factset, CapIQ, and research vendors)
- Dedicatedly providing solutions and engaging with the relevant partners to review, improve and optimize the client enablement process and client service experience.
- Coordinate with IT to develop technology according to market need and in accordance with regulatory landscape; Establish new onboarding process (es) for new systems or products; Generate and maintain process-flow documentation.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with multiple teams across the bank
- Degree in Business or Finance along with 2-5 years business experience
- Proficient in MS Excel along with strong analytical problem solving skills and free thinking
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales and trading management
- Team-player, dedicated, and a self-starter.
- Detail orientated and customer service experience
- Work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Ability to immerse yourself in a process and deeply understand cause & effect
- Prioritize work, work under pressure and have dependability and consistency
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
