Job Overview
We are hiring a Client Recruiter Associate with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. This is a remote role ideal for candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM calling tools and managing key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate interviews over the phone using client-provided scripts and guidelines
- Track and meet recruitment KPIs including number of calls, successful interviews, and conversion ratios
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the company’s software systems
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and coordinate follow-ups
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy during interactions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve hiring processes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages
- Experience in managing and achieving performance-based KPIs
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a client-facing recruitment environment
- Prior experience with remote work culture
