Sourcing New prospect of AFC by doing cold call & meeting in village & town for setting up ApsArc Facility Centre (AFC).
Advising existing or newly sourced AFC and addressing their concern and questions
Doing Sales and marketing of products in the area with the help of assigned AFCs.
A minimum target of 20 Active AFC Signup is required on monthly basis.
The minimum target for qualifying for salary is 50% else salary will be released on the basis of the achieved target.
Further, if you achieve more than 80% of your target you qualify for other benefits like incentives, conveyance etc.
