Job Description
Hiring Branch Relationship Executive in Banking Sector.
Location Jamshedpur, Ranchi & PAN India
- Salary- 10k to 15K in hand with PF & ESIC and Incentives
- Selection Criteria:-
- 12th passed or Graduate.
- Fresher or 6 months experience will do in sales
- Bike with License is Mandatory
- Candidates with experience in sales will be preferred.
- Work Experience in Credit Card Company / Financial Services or Telecom will be an added advantage.
- Branch will be allocated basis the business requirement and availability. Executive need to operate out of the branch as per assigned timings.
- Mandatory to report at the Sales office for application submission on a daily basis post 6 PM. This office will be within 10 km of the branch.
- Salaries will be paid through a bank account between 5th or 7th of every month. Salary will be at par and is not a constraint for eligible Candidate. Lucrative Incentive can be earned in addition to salary on target achievement.
- Discipline and punctuality mandatory to be maintained at the workplace.
- Must have good communication and conviction skills
- This is a target based front end job with mandatory field visits. There will be no backend work at the branch.
- The candidate will be on the third party payroll
- There will be a 3-day training program from the 1st day of Joining and it’s mandatory to complete the training certification.
- On 2nd and 4th Saturday, candidates are required to attend training programs or fulfil sales leads. through ATM
- Below mentioned KYC documents are mandatory for joining ( PSA Name )
- Aadhar Card or Voter ID or Driving License
- PAN Card ( Candidate to apply for PAN card and submit within one month in case it is not available )
