Job Summary- Customer Relationship Officer In Real Estate

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling the clients over the call & Field.
• Learning specifics of the business fast and be able to grow up the knowledge
• Follow-up of leads and capability to generate reasonable confidence and comfort with customer
• Work closely with the Sales team/ Manager to execute site visit, Property management work, execution of
• Update & Maintain data in CRM
• If you have worked in Sales or similar space for minimum of 1-5 years, helping customers to chose the right product suitable for them, and if you have lot of energy and love talking to people, and if solving problem is fun for you; if your attitude is to ensure your 'customer always win' - then, these positions beckon you.
