Responsibilities and Duties:

Ability to Understand the Company Process and Services to be part of the Business Development.Good Speaking skills in both Tamil & English.
Providing comprehensive support to all clients.
Follow up with clients when necessary and complete the work.Coordinate with internal teams.
Should be able to get and provide accurate information.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
