Job Summary: - We're looking for someone who can communicate with U.S. clients, have good English written and verbal communication skills, must know how to manage the email inboxes, can schedule meetings through a calendar, and is ready to work in the U.S. shift timings.

You would be alleviating our client's day to day responsibilities by: -

• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Scheduling meetings
• Booking travel and accommodations
• Managing a contact list
• Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records
• Organizing managers’ calendars
• Performing market research
• Creating presentations, as assigned
• Addressing employees' administrative queries
• Providing customer service as the first point of contact

General KRAs of a Virtual Assistant (include but not limited to):-

• Prepare and organize databases and reports
• Manage social media accounts and replies (basic level; if asked)
• Handles client, customer, and employer information confidentially
• Make notes or transcribe meetings conducted online and share minutes of meeting
• Scheduling meetings
• Manage calendar and appointments
• Schedule meeting spaces and conference rooms
• Arrange payments for vendors, travel, and sales expenses
• Create purchase orders and track and manage payments
• Manage filing systems, update records and organize documentation
• Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed (Optional)
• Online research for materials and sources for presentations
