Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.

Ensure timely communication, feedback collection, and resolution of client issues or concerns.

Build trust through transparent communication and consistently delivering value.

Project Coordination and Delivery Oversight:

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, operations, production, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Manage the flow of information between the client and the company, ensuring everyone is aligned with goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Schedule and lead client meetings, briefings, and presentations.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Anticipate potential problems and proactively implement solutions.

Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams when conflicts arise.

Account Development and Upselling:

Identify opportunities to grow accounts by offering additional services or solutions.

Work closely with sales or business development teams to support renewals or upselling efforts.

Keep clients informed of new offerings, industry trends, and best practices that may benefit their business.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project updates, and feedback using CRM tools or internal systems.

Prepare regular status reports, performance metrics, and project summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.

Analyze client data to identify trends, satisfaction levels, and potential risks or opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication:

Act as a bridge between clients and the company's departments to ensure clear communication and expectations.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, technical, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Participate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy planning as required.

Client Onboarding and Orientation:

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, introducing them to the company’s workflow, systems, and team members.

Provide necessary documentation, training, and support to ensure a smooth start to the engagement.
