About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for multiple clients & deliver exceptional client service
2. Work closely with the internal operations team to meet client goals & expectations
3. Define study objectives and study design, including cost & timelines
4. Gather clients' feedback with regards to the experience of service to check for areas of possible improvements
