We are co-located in and work with our network of artists in the United States, India, Philippines, and China. We are looking to hire for the role of client servicing intern for our e-commerce business. This is an email/chat oriented profile (this is a non-voice process. No calls involved) with working hours 9 am to 5.30 pm. This is a Work From Home Profile.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to client inquiries and maintain existing client relationships in person via chat and email only
2. Effectively communicate with overseas clients to gain commitment to purchase
3. Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets
4. Liaise with vendors and contracted artists to accomplish projects assigned in a timely manner
5. Ensure quality control/proofing for every accomplished project before sending them over to customers for approval
