Job Description
- Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while up selling.
- Clarify customer doubts, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or issues
- Meet customer requirements through first - contact resolution
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
- Knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.
- Experience in client handling and product selling.
- Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets
