Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
2. Assist in managing and organizing client schedules, ensuring smooth coordination for appointments, auditions, and events
3. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with timely updates and feedback
4. Collaborate with talent agents to identify new opportunities and potential clients
5. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify potential competitors
6. Support the team in preparing marketing materials and presentations for client pitches
7. Assist in managing social media accounts and website content to promote our clients and agency
