Job Description

Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

Education: Any graduate except BA

Work Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 2-3 years in Client servicing

Language: English, Hindi, Marathi

Roles and Responsibilities:;Corporate Client Servicing role. B2B model.
Candidate will be managing existing clients of Financial Institution Group who are mainly NBFCs, HFCs, MFI, SFB’s, and Co-op Banks etc.
Building up strong relationship with the middle & senior management of clients by meeting them personally and frequently.
Addressing & solving client queries in a productive manner by coordinating with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, IT, mid office & departments at KLI HO & clients -
Operations Coordination –

MIS, premium, cancellation, foreclosures, data recon & so on
Periodic audit & allied activities
Bank statement and balance confirmation follow-up
Brokerage/ CA commission process, working, allied activities & follow up
Claims Coordination –

Claims Follow up including WIP cases/ Re-NEFT cases/ Stale cheque cases/ Pending Nominee details cases & any such other activates related to claims.
Claims audit certificate & allied activates.
Underwriting Coordination –

End to end underwriting follow-up (From Medical intimation up to either conversion/refund)
IT Coordination –

Suraksha portal/ API initiation
Raining the client on Suraksha portal/ API
Maintaining & updating relevant trackers on business volume, penetration, projections, and product details.

Ensuring the services or other requirements related to all above parameters are delivered within TAT by coordinating with all concerned teams at both ends.
Client engagement with our internal teams (Ops/ Claims/ Underwriting) by ensuring periodic meetings/ reviews with clients proactively.
Knowledge of Excel, drafting business mails.
Very good Oral & written communication skill in English.
Critical thinking ability, need to find solutions quickly for critical issues.
Good Logical reasoning ability.

Quick learner & need to be ready to learn new things and keep updating knowledge about products & processes.
