• Position - Client Support Executives
  
• Experience - 2 Years to 4 Years
  
• Job Location - Mohali, Punjab
  
• Shift hours - Evening shifts
  
• Salary - No bar for deserving candidate
  

• Lead all post-sales account planning and management for a portfolio of complex, global customers-you are going to work with our customers to make sure they have successfully implemented our product.
  
• Work with customer to understand their digital (and especially email) marketing strategies and how can help execute them.
  
• Create over all goals and measurable KPIs
  
• Provide expertise on technologies-help our clients learn some of the cool things our product can do.
  
• Lead strategy and goal review meetings with key clients.
  

• Act as a customer advocate and liaison to executive leadership, customer support, product management and engineering.
  
• Work with in a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience for some of the world's largest brands.
  
• Ensure that all customers with in the territory derive maximum value from their investment in the company
  
• Make internal teams aware of some of the cool things our customers are doing on the company’s platform
  

• Become an expert in an enterprise-class digital marketing platform
  
• Develop an expertise in abroad range of digital marketing channels including email,mobile(text, push, and in-app messaging),social media, and display advertising.
  
• Experience and Skills :
  
• Email marketing experience is strongly preferred-you've either worked for another service provider, or you did it at your own
  
• Hands on experience with digital marketing platforms-Pardot, Marketo, 113 MCore metrics, Adobe Omniture, and any ESP including Mail Chimp, Exact Target,13 ronto, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Yesmail, SailThru, etc.
  
• Experience: 2-4 years of customer /clientsupport,chat support.
