Job Description
1. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
2. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
6. Take the extra mile to engage customers
7. Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
8. Set up new accounts/clients
9. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
10. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
11. Provide HRMS software support to the clients
12. Coordinate with IT project coordinator & development team
13. Work on customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Mar'22 and 20th Apr'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months

1. Should have excellent verbal communications skills
2. Should have strong presentation skills
3. Should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
4. Should be comfortable making calls and communicating with customers
5. Should have knowledge in basic computer, internet, office and related web applications
6. Should have excellent convincing skill
7. Should have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized way
8. Should have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
9. Should have familiarity with CRM systems and practices
