Project Role Description

Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Managing the packaged applications on Horizon Administration
Managing VDI workloads on the Horizon infrastructure
Packaging application as per the requirement
Deploying full clones, linked clones and instant clones
Deep technical skills in creating desktop pools with the best practices and environment configuration, understanding REPLICA and Parent VMs for Instant clones, Composer server LDAP configuration
Patching and vulnerability Management on Horizon infrastructure servers

Technical Experience

Managing the Hypervisor, where VDIs are hosted and troubleshooting Resource pool crunch issues
In-depth understanding of dedicated and floating VDIs, security group management for VDI and application access
In-depth knowledge of certificate management, renewal for Connection, UAG and Composer server
Managing the DB where all Horizon site configurations are stored

Must be willing to work independently or in a team
Meet deadlines and should have strong analytical skills to troubleshooting existing problems
Has good communication skills in English and technical skill
