Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines for efficient production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine setup, programming, tool adjustments, and quality inspection to ensure accurate and high-quality manufacturing output.
Key Responsibilities
1. Machine Setup & Operation
-
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts as per specifications.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders accurately.

Adjust machine settings, tools, and fixtures for precise production.
-
Load raw materials and ensure smooth workflow during operations.
2. Programming & Tool Adjustment

Input or modify CNC machine programs based on production requirements.

Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures.

Ensure proper calibration for speed, feed rate, and machining depth.
3. Quality Control & Inspection
-
Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

Verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality of components.

Ensure all products meet quality standards and engineering specifications.
4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
-
Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.

Identify machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

Maintain proper records of machine logs, tool usage, and downtime.
5. Safety & Compliance
-
Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.

Ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Comply with company policies, quality standards, and ISO procedures.
Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of CNC machine programming, setup, and operations

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Proficiency in using measuring instruments and gauges

Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
