Job Description
· Set up and manage VMC, CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding and milling.
· Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
· Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
· Regular standard maintenance of the machine.
· Operates Vertical Machining Centre following part specifications.
· Loads and unloads parts, performs quality checks and machine set-up.
· Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling.
· Maintain 5S in the workplace.
· Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
· Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
