CNC Operator / Trainee Job in ASHVAGURU SOLUTIONS PVT LTD at Trichy Main Road, Coimbatore

We are hiring CNC Operator / Trainee to join our growing manufacturing unit. The role is open to candidates from 10th standard to any degree background, with or without prior experience. Selected candidates will undergo training and will be placed in rotational shifts (8 hours each).

Position Details

• Role: CNC Operator / Trainee

• Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Degree, BE (any stream)

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Shift: Rotational shifts (8 hours)

• Location: Coimbatore / Sulur

Salary Package

• 10th / 12th / ITI: ₹15,000 per month

• Diploma / Degree: ₹16,500 per month

• BE: ₹17,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per training and instructions.

• Load and unload components safely and efficiently.

• Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality.

• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machines.

• Follow all safety standards and operational guidelines.

• Work collaboratively in rotational shifts.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of machines (training will be provided).

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Good teamwork and discipline.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
