Job Description

Qualification:
ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)
Reporting To:
Supervisor/Operation Manager

We are looking for CNC-VMC Setter Operator with following capabilities.

• Proven experience as CNC/VMC operator.

• Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.

• Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.

• Knowledge of G Code - M Code.

• Expertise in operating CNC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

• Prepare daily production report.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.

• Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.

• Knowledge of GD&T.

• Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.

• Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.

• Ability to give training to trainee Operator.

• Good communication abilities.

• A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach
