With its proprietary Distribution Management System, which is API-integrated with 18+ partners, it is the first and only company in its sector, to operate PAN-India.Job Overview :This job entails Managing accounts receivable by investigating and pursuing overdue payments, contacting clients, Process payments, address billing concerns, and maintain accurate records to enhance company growth and success.Create

Research on historical data for each debt or bill and gather information regarding past debts or outstanding bills.
Process payments and refunds.

Nurture

The communication with clients to discuss and remind them about overdue payments in a professional manner.
Addressing and resolving any concerns or discrepancies related to billing or customer credits.

Manage

Strategies or actions to prompt clients to settle their debts or payments promptly.
Accurate records of account statuses and keeping track of collection efforts.
Preparing and presenting reports detailing collection activities and the status of accounts receivable.

We are looking for someone with:

Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. IBC, NCLT).
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases. Skilled in negotiation.
