We are looking for Collection Executive (Intl. Voice)

Location: Kakkanad, Cochin

Join Charter's expanding team as a Collection Executive. In this position, you'll handle both inbound and outbound collection calls from Australia and resolve customer issues relating to debts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound collection calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, keep records of all conversations and transactions in the database
  • Attend client briefings, meetings and trainings

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Strong in English Language communication
  • Listening & Negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage work efficiently
  • Basic computer Skills and willingness to work in shifts
  • 0 – 1 year experience

Salary: Negotiable

Additional Benefits:

  • Cab facility (Pick up and drop) within Cochin city limits
  • Health insurance after completion of 1 year service
