We are looking for Collection Executive (Intl. Voice)
Location: Kakkanad, Cochin
Join Charter's expanding team as a Collection Executive. In this position, you'll handle both inbound and outbound collection calls from Australia and resolve customer issues relating to debts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- Identify and escalate priority issues, keep records of all conversations and transactions in the database
- Attend client briefings, meetings and trainings
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Strong in English Language communication
- Listening & Negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage work efficiently
- Basic computer Skills and willingness to work in shifts
- 0 – 1 year experience
Salary: Negotiable
Additional Benefits:
