Job Description
Job Title: Collection Executive (Field Visits)
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Collections
Reporting to: Collection Manager
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Collection Executive in Hyderabad to conduct field visits for loan recovery. The role involves meeting customers who are not responding to calls/messages and ensuring timely EMI or loan repayment through regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:-
Visit overdue/non-responsive customers to follow up on pending payments

Ensure recovery of EMI/loan amounts through personal visits

Explain repayment schedules and consequences of non-payment

Maintain records of daily visits and update payment status

Work closely with the backend and tele-calling teams for coordinated efforts

Maintain professionalism during customer interactions and uphold company reputation

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred

Experience in field collections or recovery (NBFC/Fintech preferred)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Familiar with Hyderabad routes/localities

Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)

Basic smartphone usage and reporting skills
