Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Collection:
Contacting debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Payment Tracking:
Monitoring and recording all collection activities, including payments received and communication with debtors.
Account Management:
Analyzing delinquent accounts, identifying payment issues, and developing strategies for recovery.
Negotiation:
Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements with debtors, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection practices.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and communication with debtors.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments (legal, customer service, etc.) to resolve complex cases and disputes.
Reporting:
Generating reports on collection progress, outstanding debts, and recovery rates.
