• The Account Analyst is responsible for providing financial, administrative services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations for the clients. 
• The Accounts analyst must understand  established accounting policies and procedures.
  

Job Summary

The Accounts Analyst is responsible for:

• Preparation, Computation, Management, Research and Analysis of all accounting data and accounting system, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of systems and clients.
  
• Maintenance and control of the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organizations, applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and thorough review of financial records.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Understnding the current system that is used for creating and maintaining accounting for clients
  
• Managing and controlling of the organization’s finances and accounting operations based on accounting principles.
  
• Understnading process of cash book and petty cash operations.
  
• Understnading process of monthly bank reconciliations statements.
  
• Understnading process of monthly management accounts.
  
• Understnading process of Management of the organization’s debtors and creditors accounts.
  
• Understnading process of preparation of payroll returns.
  
• Understnading process of Maintenance of fixed assets register and safeguarding of the organizations fixed assets.
  
• Understnading process of Ensuring preparation of daily banking, Sales & Purchase.
  
• Understnading process of month-end and year-end closing process.
  
• Understnading process of Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
  
• Understnading process of Computing taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
  
• Understnading process of Developing periodic reports for management.
  
• Understnading process of Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
  
• understnading process of Keeping information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
  
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
  

• 1 years of experience in managing Accounts and Finance for any industry is a definete plus
  
• Good working knowledge of computers Windows & Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  
• Understanding of various file formats (XML, CSV, JSON) etc. as accepted by various accounting applications for automated processing.
  
• Experience in Income Tax, TDS, GST accounting and filing.Good Report Writing Skills.

• Desired Qualification:B.COM / M.COM
  
• Candidates with exposure in any accounting software will be preferred
  
• Candidates with Post Graduate Diploma in Accounts and Finance can also apply
  
• Industry exposure of NBFC or Share Market is additonal Plus
