Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting training to all field and backend staff
- Should be able to draft training modules e.g. soft skill training, email etiquettes, etc.
- Should be able to draft and deliver training modules for sales and marketing team
- Should be able to deliver training modules already in the system
- Support HR team for evaluation of training need of the staff
Job Requirement:
- This job will require travelling
- Only male candidate required
- Qualification: Regular MBA
- Experience: 4-5 years in training
- Salary: 4-5 Lakh CTC
