We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our users and clients.

• We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain IndieFolio’s positive image in the Design related space. 
• To succeed this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with Business and Digital marketing teams and build rapport with users. 
• We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem solving skills. 
• Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with IndieFolio’s members and boost our brand and profits in the long run.
  

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Think creatively to develop seasonal programs and initiatives to activate the community and attract new users and engage the existing users.
  
• Good communication skills & should be able to interact with the users to understand their feedback and document the same.
  
• Ideate and help in the implementation of innovative acquisition strategies & campaigns across key channels including SEM, paid social, programmatic, display.
• Manage and execute a multi-channel paid acquisition strategies.
  
• Create a strategy for identifying, testing and evaluating new marketing channels and tactics.
  
• Develop a clear and disciplined reporting protocol. Identify success metrics, KPIs and provide performance analysis, ROI insights for channels and tactics
  
• Develop A/B testing programs to determine value of acquisition efforts and ROI.
  
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and product teams to define product marketing strategy and identify features that improve effective customer acquisition
