About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with the marketing strategies
2. Provide attractive engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
3. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
4. Network with members in the community, monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
5. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
6. Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
7. Liaise with development and sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
8. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
9. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
10. Devise a strategy to improve the response rate
11. Work on real accounts of our company on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
12. Keep a check on what people are saying about our company or brand
13. Engage with customers and fans, and organize social media and live events to help increase brand loyalty
14. Collaborate with the college level societies and clubs
15. Work on the strategy side to grow the community and maintain a healthy engagement
