Job Description
1. Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns on our online platform.
2. Publish engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
3. Coordinate with various teams to regularly administer and publish content related to events, memberships, newsletters, projects etc.
4. Respond to members queries in a timely manner.
5. Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
6. Provide regular updates on platform and social media activity and prepare lookahead calendar.
7. Liaise with Governing Council and be responsible for minuting all meetings and sharing agenda within agreed timelines.
8. Follow up for any action items agreed in GC and Board meetings. coordinate the schedules of Governing Council members with respect to meetings, events and other programs.
9. Prepare and send out documents and emails on behalf of and as required by Governing Council to external parties in connection with events and programs hosted/conducted by WiREnet World.
10. Research, Document and create reports as required for various projects, programs and events hosted/ conducted by WiREnet World.
11. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
12. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Need following attributes:
- A thorough understanding of community manager, Admin or similar role - some previous internship/experience would help
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic
- Attention to detail, punctual and proactive
